My favourite Met Gala looks
I was so excited to for the Met Gala this year. I was excited to see how the theme "Heavenly Bodies' was going to be embraced by my favourite actresses, singers and supermodels. I've managed to break it down to my top five favourite looks, let me know your thoughts and who was your favourite? xx
1. Blake Lively
In my eyes, Blake is one that never gets it wrong, so I was really looking forward to seeing her look. She looked stunning in her custom-made Versace dress with an amazing train. I loved the crimson and gold and embroidered bodice. Along with her romantic makeup and golden halo headpiece, I felt like she met the theme perfectly.
Rihanna was the only one that I feel could pull off dressing like a Pope. She looked incredible in this Catholic-inspired peal and jewel-encrusted creation by Maison Margiela.
3. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley
Rosie was a complete showstopper in this Ralph Lauren creation. Along with Blake Lively I felt like she embraced the theme and looked angelic. I loved the halo headpiece and dramatic cape.
4. Kate Bosworth
Kate embraced the bridal theme and old world glam in this amazing gold embellished dress by Oscar de la Renta. I loved how her soft makeup really tied in with the dress, giving her a true holy look.
5. Alicia Vikander
Alicia has been a style favourite of mine since she came onto the scene a few years ago and she just keeps getting her style right. Her look had all of my favourites things lace and leather, so she looked sleek and edgy. Alicia's dress was by Louis Vuitton and I was a huge fan of the tiered cape.
